How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Online banking and card refunds usually appear within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account you nominate.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at no cost any time before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, please follow the return process above.
