Where we deliver and how long it takes. All orders from jointfitofficial.com are shipped within Malaysia.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being confirmed.

Delivery time

Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays, and can run longer during festive periods or in remote areas.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay, based on your delivery state and the option you choose. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay — there are no charges added afterwards.

Tracking

Once your parcel is handed to the courier we'll share the tracking number on the contact you gave at checkout. If tracking hasn't moved for several days, contact us and we'll chase it with the courier.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. Parcels returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody could be reached may need re-delivery charges.
